RENTAL

NausiWeek is a weekly rental (any week started is due), with no commitment, billed for a period of one calendar month (a week straddling 2 periods is billed only for the first period).

To preserve your cash flow and minimize the risk to your rental portfolio, NAUSICAA Médical offers you a month-to-month rental (any month started is due).

It’s a no-obligation rental (you return the rented products whenever you want).

Invoicing is based on a calendar month (months straddling 2 periods are invoiced for the first period only).

You can also buy back rented equipment at a discount.

NausiRent is a subscription with fixed monthly payments (NR1 or NR2 or NR3 or NR4) and a 5-year (60-month) commitment.

You can change equipment in the list available (NR1 or NR2 or NR3 or NR4) or in another NR by closing the commitment to hire another (note that this is a new 5-year commitment). The cost of returning the equipment and restoring it to its original condition will be borne by the hirer, and the outward cost of the new equipment will be borne by you.

You can also close early by buying back the equipment.

The buy-back value of an item of equipment is calculated on the basis of all the full months of invoiced rental carried out by one or more lessee(s).

It is calculated by applying a discount of :
– 1.5% per full month of Nausirent billed
– 2.5% per full month of Nausiloc billed
on the buyer’s tariff conditions at the time of purchase (if the product concerned is no longer included in the tariff: on the latest tariff, but on the conditions at the time of purchase).

Example: for a WAYUPBLUE-CBLI that has had 3 different tenants, including 6 months in Nausiloc + 10 months in Nausirent + 2 months in Nausirent.

The remaining warranty is calculated by subtracting the invoiced rental months from the new warranty.

The NausiRent Confort contract is a 600-unit rental commitment (NRC) that allows you to rent one or more products simultaneously by the week in the various NR1, NR2, NR3, NR4 categories.

Each product is contracted for a period of 7 days, which cannot be split, and is automatically renewed for further periods of 7 days (any period started is due).

The cost of these weekly rentals is 1 NRC unit for 1 product in NR1, 2 NRC units for 1 product in NR2, 3 NRC units for 1 product in NR3, and so on.

The minimum monthly cost is 10 NRC units:
– if consumption is lower, the difference paid but not used can be carried forward
– if consumption exceeds 10 units, the cost is actual (after deduction of units carried forward)
The 600-unit commitment is automatically reduced by all paid units.
When the 600-unit commitment has expired, it is renewed on offer, otherwise current rentals are switched to the NausiWeek (NW) rate.
