Transparency
The French law of December 29, 2011 on reinforcing the safety of medicines and healthcare products introduced the obligation to publish the links between healthcare and cosmetics companies and healthcare professionals.
The recently published decree of May 21, 2013, known as the French-style “Sunshine Act” or “Transparency Decree”, determines the nature of the information and the procedures for publishing these links of interest. Publication date: 01/06/2013.
